What do people ask before they book?
What does BoldPiq actually build?
One connected system rather than separate pieces: a website that converts, an AI assistant that answers and books while you work, and follow-up that never forgets a quote. We also run the marketing that brings people to it — scoped and quoted on the call.
What happens on the free session?
It is thirty minutes and it is not a sales call. We find where you are losing leads, map what would work for your business, and you leave with a plan you can use whether or not we work together.
What if it's not the right fit?
You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start building, and get every cent back — no questions asked. Once your build kicks off, the setup fee covers the work already done and is no longer refundable. You choose when we start, so that decision stays in your hands.
Is this monthly or a once-off cost?
There's a one-time setup fee to build your system, then a monthly plan that keeps your website, chatbot, CRM, and automations running — fully managed and supported, so you're never left maintaining anything alone. Pay annually and the setup fee is waived. Prefer a pure once-off build? Mention it on the call and we'll quote it.
Is there a minimum term?
Plans run on a 12-month minimum term. Pay monthly — billed each month plus a one-time setup fee — or pay annually, where you settle the full year upfront and get 2 months free with the setup fee waived. After the first 12 months it continues month-to-month — no lock-in beyond that.
Can I see it working before I commit?
Yes. Our own estimate tool on this site will talk to you, work out what you need, and email you a formal estimate — the same kind of system we build for clients. Try it at /estimate.
